Featured WAH Job: Sitel Flex Interview Team

Sitel is one of the largest customer service providers in the United States, and as such, many people are employed by them as work at home customer service reps. If CSR work is not your cup of tea, however, then this may be a good opportunity for you.

Work@Home Interview Team

Sitel’s Work@Home interview team is responsible for evaluating candidates interested in becoming Work@Home customer service agents. This team will work from home conducting phone interviews by asking prospective candidates a series of questions to gauge the competency of the candidate against a set criterion. This position is unique in that hours vary each week depending on business needs. An ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work when needed, which may include weekend and evenings hours.This position is perfect for someone who would like to supplement their income in a part time, flexible role.
